Populus

A continuation of the Altera project inspired by the web3 concept of the profile picture: An evolving collection of quasi-abstract avatars formed through continuing experiments in prompt engineering and post-illustration.

Populus launched in September 2023 as a collaboration with K011, Playground, and Tensor. It comprised 150 unique pieces with manually defined metadata, and was the first longform generative-AI art release on Solana. This project has sold out.
